Once again this year, BTS’s festival returns.
On the 1st, BTS posted news of the ‘2026 BTS FESTA’ opening and the timetable through their official SNS.
The ‘BTS FESTA’ is a festival held online and offline for two weeks to commemorate BTS’s debut date of June 13th. This year, it includes the ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN’ event, which will take place from the 12th to the 13th at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, along with various other contents.
This year’s ‘BTS FESTA’ title emphasizes their 13th anniversary with ’13(B)TS’. If 12 represents a complete cycle, 13 is a number that moves beyond completion. It carries the meaning of adding a new ‘1’ to BTS and ARMY’s journey over the past 12 years, marking the starting point to move forward to the next chapter together.
The timetable is designed with the official logos of their past albums. The festival will kick off on the 4th with the release of BTS’s family photo. The family photo has been a representative content of theirs since 2014. As they return as a complete group after a long time, high anticipation is expected.
On the 5th, the performance video for ‘Hooligan’, a track from their fifth studio album ‘ARIRANG’, will be released. Following that, on the 7th and 8th, ‘NORMAL LOG’ and ’13 SIDE FILM’ will be unveiled, respectively. These contents, capturing the members’ current moments and natural interactions, are set to enrich their 13th anniversary celebration.
On the 10th and 11th, ‘Run BTS 2.0’ returns. ‘Run BTS’ is the team’s representative original content. The ‘Run BTS BTS’s Trip’, consisting of three episodes from April to May, along with teaser videos, is on the verge of surpassing 30 million cumulative views on YouTube.
On the 12th, the new song ‘Come Over’, which was previously only included on the deluxe vinyl of ‘ARIRANG’, will be released as a digital audio track. Suga participated in the production, and the song expresses the heart that eventually finds ‘you’ even in moments of feeling lost. The honest confession of ‘me’ knocking on the door after wandering is said to resonate with the feelings toward ARMY, who have stood by BTS’s side for a long time.
Finally, on the 12th and 13th, the Busan concert will take place. This marks their first concert in Busan since October 2022, approximately three years and eight months later. It holds significance as they reunite as a complete group at the venue where they held their last performance before enlisting in the military.
As BTS celebrates their 13th anniversary since debut, anticipation grows for the new charms and diverse activities they will showcase through this year’s ‘2026 BTS FESTA’.
