BTS member V is facing online backlash after a recent group photo sparked intense debate among fans over the exclusion of Jimin.
The controversy began after V uploaded a photo featuring himself alongside four other BTS members during the group’s ongoing activities. Notably absent from the image were Jimin and Suga.
Normally, fans would not consider this unusual. BTS members frequently post different combinations of photos depending on timing, availability, or personal preference. However, the situation escalated after J-Hope later shared a picture from the exact same location and angle — this time including all seven members together.
That detail immediately changed the online conversation.
Some fans interpreted the existence of an OT7 photo as proof that V intentionally chose not to post the full-group version. As a result, social media platforms quickly filled with criticism, particularly from fans who felt Jimin was being deliberately excluded.
Several viral posts accused V of fueling division within the fandom by selecting the smaller group image instead of the complete group shot. Others claimed the decision indirectly encouraged toxic fan behavior and unnecessary speculation surrounding relationships between members.
