According to the fan, she had prepared both a poster and a sign in hopes of receiving an autograph. She alleged that the actor avoided making eye contact with her, continued signing autographs for nearby fans, and eventually walked away without acknowledging her.

Although the fan did not initially identify the celebrity by name, online users quickly speculated that the actor shown in the video was Choi Woo Shik.
