BTS member V has left fans stunned after making a deeply personal revelation during a recent livestream with Jungkook.

During the broadcast, V opened up about a health issue he said he had never previously discussed with ARMY, revealing that his hearing has gradually deteriorated over the past two and a half years.

“I’ve never told ARMY about this, but it’s been about two and a half years, right? My hearing has been getting worse.”

Jungkook immediately appeared concerned and asked whether V had recently gone to the hospital and whether his condition had improved or returned.

V then gave fans an even clearer picture of what he has been experiencing. According to the singer, if one ear is functioning at 100 percent, the other is currently operating at only around 30 percent.

He also explained that he has been taking medication regularly and continues to receive medical care.

However, V revealed that his condition became worse after he entered the military. At the time, he said people around him were focused heavily on exercising and suggested that what he was experiencing could be related to mental health. V admitted that he eventually believed that explanation himself.

The revelation immediately sparked concern among ARMY, particularly because V has continued performing and appearing in environments where loud music and prolonged exposure to sound are unavoidable.

Fans expressed disbelief that the singer had apparently been dealing with the issue for such a long period without publicly discussing it.
