Members Subin and Beomgyu of the group Tomorrow X Together brought laughter with their real-life ‘roommate chemistry.’
On the 4th, the YouTube channel “Zzan Bro” released a video titled ‘TXT Subin Beomgyu [Jjanhanhyung EP.143] Love Me Just One More Day.’
That day, Shin Dong-yup and Jeong Ho-cheol welcomed the two, saying, “We had no idea there would be so many female staff members because TXT was appearing. They even prepared light sticks,” Beomgyu honestly revealed, “I usually drink alone,” and Subin said, “I like highballs but can’t drink well. This is my first time drinking at this hour.” Shin Dong-yup joked, “Is the reason you’re drinking so leisurely because your contract renewal was successful?” to lighten the mood.
What caught the most attention was the duo’s ‘roommate confession.’ Subin and Beomgyu revealed, “We actually live together,” adding, “Fans probably know this already,” and explained that living together helped them become close friends faster.
The following episodes were the very essence of real-life ‘close friends.’ Subin revealed, “I hate humidity when showering, so I used to cover up when Beomgyu entered, but now I shower with the door open,” to which Beomgyu reacted with disgust, saying, “He really does that,” eliciting laughter. Shin Dong-yup empathized, “When you’re close, you play around. It feels like you’re subtly losing,” and Subin confidently retorted, “I’m confident.”
The duo also shared behind-the-scenes stories about drinking. Subin confessed, “I pretended to be good at drinking even though I’m not,” and Beomgyu added, “Because I said I drink well, the direction changed to me.” This made Jeong Ho-cheol burst into laughter, saying, “Shin Dong-yup favored him.”
The playful ‘diss battle’ was also a highlight. Subin targeted Beomgyu, saying, “Ever since you started working out, you only wear sleeveless shirts. It’s ugly,” to which Beomgyu retorted, “That’s why I worked out.” When Beomgyu revealed, “Subin also wears sleeveless shirts a lot while working out,” Subin confidently expressed, “I love my body. I look perfect right now. I’m satisfied with both my face and body.” Beomgyu laughed again, saying, “Bro, it’s not that good.”
