Global K-POP content platform Mnet Plus (Mnet Plus) conveyed the planning background of the reality show and the atmosphere of the filming site through a written interview with the production team of today, the 21st. A surprise spoiler related to Wanna One’s first gathering video ‘B-Side’, which will be released at 6 p.m. the same day, was also revealed, further increasing anticipation.

The production team highlighted the members’ ‘sincerity’ as the biggest point of interest for this program. They explained that the program “started from the members’ strong desire to meet fans again through a reality show.” The title ‘Back to Base’ also carries the meaning that members, who had been continuing their individual activities in their respective positions, have returned to become Wanna One again and come back to one home (Base).
