Yet it’s unsurprising that Sally is looking so radiant, having prioritised her health and fitness regime.
Sally’s alarm clock goes off at 3.45am and after springing out of bed and heading to the kitchen, she revealed she enjoys a mini yoga session while she waits for the kettle to boil.

Once the show is over, Sally heads back home and returns to bed for an hour before getting up to start her day again.
She told The Times of her routine: ‘You have to be really careful on breakfast shows that you don’t do the double breakfast. It’s notorious.’
In order to distract herself from hunger, Sally heads out for a run or takes her dog Sadie out for a long walk. She also enjoys cycling around her local area.
Lunch is typically had out while she catches up with friends before she picks up her son from school and returns home to do some news research.
Sally then cooks an evening meal, noting: ‘The key is not to eat too much too late.’ She is also a keen baker and often treats her family and colleagues to homemade brownies.
Helping to keep Sally motivated on her fitness goals is close friend Nicky McBurney, who works as a personal trainer under the name Nicky’s Bootcamp.
She previously revealed how proud she was of Sally’s dedication, posting: ‘We had a plan, we executed it, and I’ve never seen her looking and feeling more powerful and beautiful both inside and out❤️#inspiration.’

According to The Sun, Naga ranted: ‘We’re meant to be serious journalists, not trying to look like we’re presenting This Morning.’
Sally previously shared snaps of her flowing new hairstyle on Instagram, tagging hair colourist Calum Tierney, who has worked on stars including Michelle Keegan and Samia Longchambon.
Sources said that while she has done her best to ‘keep out’ of any rivalries on BBC Breakfast, Naga’s comments felt ‘particularly targeted’.
An insider said: ‘Things have been ticking along fairly quietly for the last couple of months whilst the bullying investigations continued but this was a nasty little moment.
‘Sally tries to keep out of the rivalries but this latest comment feels particularly targeted. What’s wrong with having a few highlights and trying out new styles?
‘Sally is loving the new look – it doesn’t detract in any way from her work or how good a journalist she is.’
A representative for the BBC told the Daily Mail: ‘We do not comment on individual staff issues.’

Sally hosts BBC Breakfast alongside Jon Kay from Mondays to Wednesdays, with Naga fronting the show with Charlie Stayt from Thursdays to Saturdays.
