The post featured a group photo alongside individual images of each member—but fans quickly noticed one glaring omission. Yoonchae was the only member who did not receive a solo image, while every other member was showcased individually.

Screenshots of the post spread rapidly across X and other social media platforms, where fans questioned why Yoonchae had been excluded. Many argued that the omission was too obvious to ignore, especially since she was the only member missing from the lineup of individual photos.

The incident quickly escalated, with some fans accusing Billboard of showing a pattern of unfair treatment toward Yoonchae.
