The opening night of EXO’s latest concert tour has sparked a wave of mixed reactions online, as fans and critics alike weigh in on the group’s performance amid ongoing lineup changes and internal challenges.
Currently promoting as a five-member unit due to Lay Zhang’s overseas schedule and the ongoing dispute involving Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin with SM Entertainment, EXO has nevertheless continued with its planned activities. This includes their recently announced concert tour, EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon, which officially kicked off on April 10 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul.
The first night of the concert featured an extensive setlist spanning EXO’s long career, with performances of iconic tracks such as “MAMA,” “Monster,” “Wolf,” “Love Shot,” and “Power.” Running for over three hours, the show aimed to celebrate the group’s musical legacy while adapting to the current lineup.
